Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Whole wheat low-carb tortillas
  • 1 cup Low-sodium marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 20 pieces Turkey pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 0 as needed Non-stick cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with non-stick cooking spray.

In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water to make an egg wash. Set aside.

Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce evenly over one half of the tortilla.
