  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 whole Baguette
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Extra capers (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley leaves (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Slice the baguette into 20 thin rounds, about 1/2-inch thick.

Step 3

Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil on both sides.

Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. Set aside to cool.
