  • 16 pieces large button mushrooms
  • 227 grams lump crab meat
  • 113 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 pieces green onions, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp paper towel. Remove the stems and use a small spoon to gently hollow out the caps, creating space for the stuffing.

Finely chop half of the mushroom stems and set aside. Discard the rest or save them for another use.
