Ingredients

  • 75 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp (chopped) fresh parsley

  • 0 to taste black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Clean the chicken livers by removing any connective tissue and pat them dry with paper towels. Set aside.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat until melted and bubbling.

Step 3

Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened and translucent, stirring frequently.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds, being careful not to burn it.
