Ingredients

  • 36 pieces Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 16 ounces Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 2 packages Instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Mini chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Place the Oreo cookies in a large food processor and pulse until finely crushed. Alternatively, place them in a sealed plastic bag and crush them using a rolling pin.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Combine the crushed Oreos and melted butter in a mixing bowl, stirring until evenly moistened.

Step 3

Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to create the crust. Set aside.

Step 4

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
