  • 2 cups Sweet corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoons Red chili powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cups Water

Directions

Step 1

Heat a medium-sized pan over medium heat and add the butter.

Once the butter melts, add the cumin seeds and sauté them until they start to crackle.

Step 3

Add the finely chopped green chili and grated ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.

Add the sweet corn kernels to the pan and mix well to coat them in the butter and spices.

Pour in 1/4 cup of water, cover the pan with a lid, and let the corn cook for about 5 minutes on low heat.
