Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Egg noodles
  • 2 6-ounce cans Canned tuna
  • 2 10.5-ounce cans Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 1 medium Carrot, diced
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.

Step 2

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced carrots and chopped onion, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
