  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Onion powder
  • 2 tbsp Butter (softened)
  • 8 Sourdough bread (thick slices)
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese (sliced)
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese (sliced)
  • 0.5 Red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 0.25 cup Pickles (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until just combined. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties, slightly larger than the size of your bread slices.

Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
