  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 lb Cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz Lump crab meat
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 0.75 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Cook the elbow macaroni in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the shrimp and season with half of the paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp are pink and fully cooked. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
