Ingredients

  • 2 medium Potato
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 0.5 cup Green peas
  • 0.5 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 0.5 inch piece Ginger
  • 1 Green chili
  • 3 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons Oil

Directions

Step 1

Peel and boil the potatoes until soft. Mash them and set aside.

Step 2

Finely chop the carrot, onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili.

Step 3

In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the onions, garlic, ginger, and green chili for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Add the chopped carrot, green peas, and corn kernels to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are tender and the moisture evaporates.

Mix in mashed potatoes, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Combine well.

Let the mixture cool slightly, then add all-purpose flour. Mix well and form into four equal-sized patties.
