  • 0.5 cups Sauerkraut (drained and finely chopped)
  • 1 cup Rye flour
  • 2 cups Bread flour
  • 2.25 teaspoons Instant dry yeast

Directions

Step 1

Ensure your bread machine pan is clean and dry before starting.

Step 2

Add water, vegetable oil, and sauerkraut into the bread machine pan.

Step 3

Sprinkle the sugar, salt, and caraway seeds evenly over the liquid ingredients.

Step 4

Add the rye flour and bread flour to the pan, spreading them so they cover the entire surface of the liquid.

Make a small well in the center of the flour mound and add the instant dry yeast. Ensure the yeast does not touch any of the liquid at this stage.
