  • 1 medium Banana
  • 0.5 cup Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-size saucepan, bring the water to a boil over medium heat.

Once the water is boiling, stir in the rolled oats and reduce the heat to low. Allow to simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
