Ingredients

  • 240 ml Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 60 g Butter
  • 50 g Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 400 g All-purpose flour
  • 2.25 tsp Instant yeast
  • 100 g Brown sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp Ground cinnamon
  • 45 g Butter (softened, for filling)
  • 120 g Powdered sugar
  • 15 ml Milk (for glaze)
  • 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Add the milk, egg, melted butter, granulated sugar, salt, flour, and yeast to your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select the dough cycle and start the machine.

Step 2

Once the dough cycle finishes, transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface. Roll it out into a 14x9-inch rectangle.

Spread the softened butter over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Step 4

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the buttered dough.
