  • 500 g Chicken breast
  • 2 medium-sized Carrots
  • 2 Celery stalks
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 60 g Unsalted butter
  • 60 g All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Chicken stock
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Fresh thyme
  • 500 g Ready-made puff pastry
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
