Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Place the ham, cut-side down, in a large roasting pan. Pour 1 cup of water into the bottom of the pan to prevent the ham from drying out.
In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, pineapple juice, apple cider vinegar, ground cinnamon, and ground cloves. Stir the mixture over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the glaze thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
Using a sharp knife, score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, cutting about 1/4 inch deep. This helps the glaze seep into the meat for added flavor.
