  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar

  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Core the apples using an apple corer or a small knife, leaving the bottom intact to create a cavity for the filling. Place the apples in a baking dish.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the walnuts, brown sugar, rolled oats, cinnamon, and a tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix well.
