  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 piece bay leaf
  • 0.75 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
