  • 2 tablespoons Kosher salt

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary
  • 2 sprigs Fresh thyme

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). If you have a rotisserie attachment, prepare it according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Remove the giblets from the cavity of the chicken, rinse the chicken inside and out with cold water, and pat it dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together the kosher salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and ground black pepper.
