  • 120 grams shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 120 grams chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
  • 1 pinch kosher salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.

Step 2

Break the matzo sheets into smaller pieces and pulse them in a food processor to create fine crumbs. Alternatively, place the sheets in a resealable bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter or margarine. Add the matzo crumbs to the butter and mix until evenly coated.
