Ingredients

  • 2 large Ripe bananas
  • 0.5 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Rolled oats

Directions

Step 1

Peel and mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.

Step 2

Add the creamy peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Stir well until fully combined.

Step 3

Mix in the cinnamon, graham cracker crumbs, and rolled oats. Stir until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated to form a sticky dough-like consistency.

Step 4

Line the dehydrator trays with non-stick sheets or parchment paper.

Step 5

Scoop out 2 tablespoons of the mixture at a time and spread it into thin, flat cracker shapes on the dehydrator trays, about 1/4 inch thick.

Step 6

Repeat until all the mixture has been used, leaving a small gap between each cracker on the trays.

Step 7

Set your dehydrator to 135°F (57°C) and dehydrate for 6–8 hours, or until the crackers are fully dried and crisp.

Step 8

Once dehydrated, remove the crackers from the trays and let them cool completely on a wire rack.

Step 9

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
