Grate the cheddar cheese using a medium or fine grater and place it into a mixing bowl.
Finely chop the fresh chives and add them to the cheese.
Add the paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and toss everything together until evenly combined.
Cut a sheet of parchment paper to fit your dehydrator trays and line the trays with the parchment paper.
