Cut your Camembert cheese wheel into equal-sized wedges (about 6-8 pieces depending on the wheel size). Place them in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up.

Prepare three shallow bowls: add flour in the first, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and black pepper in the second, and pour breadcrumbs into the third.
