  • 0.5 cup Bell peppers, sliced (optional)
  • 0.5 cup Mushrooms, sliced (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or a light coat of olive oil.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground Italian sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Break the meat into crumbles as it cooks.
