Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes

Directions

Step 1

Trim the ends off the green beans and rinse them under cold running water.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the green beans and blanch them for 4-5 minutes, until tender-crisp.
