Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Microwave on medium heat for 30 seconds intervals, stirring each time, until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
