Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

In a medium bowl, mix together the shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss until the seasonings are evenly distributed throughout the cheese.
