Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.

Step 2

Spread the butter evenly on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.

Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Lay two slices of bread, butter-side down, on the skillet.
