  • 400 grams ramen noodles (uncooked)
  • 200 grams tofu, cubed (optional)
  • 3 units green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 units lime wedges, for serving

Directions

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
