Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless pork chops
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pieces garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Season the pork chops on both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Set them aside while preparing the honey mustard sauce.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, white vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil until smooth. Set the sauce aside.

Step 3

Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Transfer the pork chops to a plate and cover loosely with foil.

Step 5

Reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 6

Pour the honey mustard sauce into the skillet, stirring to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Let the sauce simmer for 1-2 minutes to slightly thicken.

Step 7

Return the pork chops to the skillet, spoon the sauce over them, and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Step 8

Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.

Step 9

Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve the pork chops with your favorite sides like roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice.
