  • 1.25 cups Hot water
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.75 cup Brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Chopped walnuts

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combine the chopped dates and hot water. Let them soak for about 10 minutes to soften, then stir to create a thick mixture.
