Directions

Step 1

Start by soaking the pitted Medjool dates in warm water for 10 minutes to soften them. Drain well before use.

In a food processor, combine the almonds, walnuts, and desiccated coconut. Pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add the softened Medjool dates, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, and salt to the food processor. Blend until the mixture comes together into a sticky dough-like consistency. Scrape down the sides of the processor as needed.
