Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Ground beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 cup Ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Ketchup (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow mustard

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Shape the mixture into a loaf shape that will fit snugly into your crock pot.

Spray the inside of the crock pot with non-stick cooking spray or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Place the meatloaf inside the crock pot.
