  • 0.125 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, combine the water, sugar, and cocoa powder. Place over medium heat and whisk constantly until the mixture begins to simmer and the sugar has completely dissolved, approximately 5 minutes.
