Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground pork
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 50 g Bread crumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 0.25 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Sliced tomato
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Peel and finely chop the onion.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped onion, bread crumbs, egg, milk, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper.

Mix the ingredients well until evenly combined. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a flat burger patty.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter and vegetable oil.
