  • 150 g mixed salad greens
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 10 pcs cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 small red onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined, but avoid overmixing.

Shape the mixture into 4 evenly sized burger patties and set them aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the burger patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C). Remove from heat and let rest.
