Ingredients

  • 115 grams Unsalted butter
  • 190 grams Creamy peanut butter
  • 300 grams Powdered sugar
  • 150 grams Graham cracker crumbs
  • 175 grams Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving excess parchment hanging over the sides for easy removal later.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until completely melted.

Step 3

Mix the melted butter with the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Stir until well combined and a thick dough forms.

Step 4

Press the peanut butter mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly and pressing it down firmly with a spatula or the back of a spoon.

Step 5

In another microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth and fully melted.

Step 6

Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer in the baking dish, spreading it evenly to cover the surface completely.

Step 7

Refrigerate the baking dish for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate layer is set and firm.

Step 8

Once set, lift the treats out of the baking dish using the parchment paper overhang. Place them on a cutting board and slice into 16 squares or your desired portion size.

Step 9

Serve and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
