  • 0.5 cups Chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
  • 0.75 cups Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Unsweetened applesauce
  • 0.25 cups Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cups Fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a 9-inch loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
