  • 4 pieces Plant-based burger patties
  • 4 slices Vegan cheddar cheese slices
  • 8 slices Crispy cooked bacon (use plant-based alternative)
  • 4 tablespoons Vegan mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Yellow mustard
  • 4 leaves Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 medium Red onion
  • 1 cup Shoestring potatoes
  • 8 slices Pickles
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the tomato into thin rounds, cut the red onion into rings, and mash the avocado with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Set them aside.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the plant-based burger patties for 4-5 minutes per side or according to package instructions. Once cooked, place a vegan cheddar cheese slice on each patty and cover to let the cheese melt slightly.

Step 3

In the same skillet, or a separate one, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and lightly toast the burger buns for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
