Ingredients

  • 1 large Avocado
  • 2 large Hard-boiled eggs

  • 4 strips Turkey bacon strips
  • 0.5 cup Dairy-free ranch dressing
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and thoroughly dry the romaine lettuce and baby spinach. Chop them into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
