  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium Zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 medium Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Spinach leaves
  • 0.5 cup Dairy-free cheese shreds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Step 2

Place the dairy-free pizza crust on a baking sheet or a pizza stone.

Step 3

Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza crust using the back of a spoon.

Step 4

Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the sauce and sprinkle minced garlic across the surface.
