  • 1 handful, chopped Cilantro
  • 1 cut into wedges Lime
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0 to taste Optional hot sauce

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

Sauté the diced red onion until it becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
