  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 cup Coconut milk (full-fat, canned)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0 Salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Heat the coconut oil in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat.

Add the finely chopped onion and sauté for 5–7 minutes, or until soft and translucent.

Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
