Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Cooking oil (such as avocado or olive oil)
  • 2 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices Tomato slices
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the bagel in half and toast both halves until golden brown.

Step 2

While the bagel is toasting, prepare the avocado by scooping it into a bowl and mashing it with a fork. Season it with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
