Ingredients

  • 500 g Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
  • 4 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce (ensure dairy-free)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce (use tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 Spring onions, thinly sliced (optional garnish)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds (optional garnish)
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
