  • 2 links Vegan sausage, sliced
  • 2 pieces Bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 piece Lemon, juiced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook for about 5 minutes until translucent.

Stir in the minced garlic, diced carrot, and diced red bell pepper. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
