  • 6 medium Yukon Gold potatoes

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh sage
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup Coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped green onions

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wash and scrub the Yukon Gold potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato into even-sized wedges.

Place the potato wedges in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
