  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 2 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup sliced red onion
  • 0.5 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 lime wedges

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap or in a zip-lock bag and pound them to an even thickness with a meat mallet.
