Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Fish fillets (such as cod, haddock, or tilapia)
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cup Lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons Dairy-free butter alternative
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 Zest of lemon

Directions

Step 1

Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
