  • 2 cups spinach leaves, chopped
  • 0.5 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and cook until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
