  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, and fresh parsley.

Step 2

Add the salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, and coriander to the pork mixture. Mix thoroughly with your hands or a spoon until all ingredients are well incorporated.
